Throughout my career I have acquired an advanced knowledge about nautical clubs sales management, control and administrative management.
My skills as a manager cover: managing administratively the organisation and implementing the related processes; auditing the production unit and its optimization based on economical efficiency and on functional effectiveness; implementing the pricing policy; acting as the company ambassador towards public institutions; monthly reporting to the organization council and intern audits.
As a financial controller, I supervise the accounting audit as a first step to the group’s commercial companies monthly report.
As a financial director, my skills include: negotiating with credit entities, controlling monthly closings prepared by the head of administration, comparing the annual budgets in order to analyze and update budgetary disparity; monthly acquiring the funds-flow, cash-flow and ratios statements and reporting it to the Administration Council as every report requested by the latter.
On top of the previously-stated skills, I also manage insolvency procedures, financial statements analysis and company valuation.
